She has trained in a variety of different clinical settings, including hospice, long-term care, memory care, and assisted living communities. Her integrative approach is informed by psychodynamic and relational theories, as well as IFS, ACT, and DBT.
Across both her clinical and operational roles, Kelsey believes in being heart-led and person-focused while fostering the structure and accountability that drive meaningful, sustainable outcomes for the business, its clinicians, and the clients they serve. She is often consulted on developing actionable goals and KPIs to measure clinical and strategic outcomes, and emphasizes creating processes and policies that create equity, accessibility, and stability for clinicians.
