About
“I am deeply committed to fostering an environment where you feel empowered to explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace.”

Why I became a therapist
My path to becoming a therapist has been driven by my passion in fostering healing and accessibility in mental health care. As a second-generation Mexican-American woman, I have witnessed the impact cultural stigmas and systemic barriers hold in preventing individuals seeking the support they need, in addition to receiving competent and considerate care. These experiences have fueled my dedication to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care that ensures individuals who come to services feel truly supported and heard. My practice is built on a foundation of empathy, advocacy, and social awareness. As a counselor, I am committed to bridge the gap of accessibility to care, foster meaningful connections, and support my clients as they navigate their unique paths toward growth and continuous healing.

Who I work with
I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns. I offer services in both English and Spanish, and I am dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care to individuals within the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I recognize that mental health is influenced not only by individual experiences but also by broader systemic factors such as discrimination and marginalization that can create barriers to support. My therapeutic approach integrates this awareness, creating a space where clients feel truly valued and seen. Through empathetic, compassionate care, I aim to empower clients by honoring their unique perspectives and collaborating toward meaningful growth.
