About
“My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration.”

Why I became a therapist
My own experience in therapy has given me insight, hope, and stability in my life — an experience that inspired me to want to provide the same for others. I enjoy this work because I’m naturally curious about what shapes us as individuals — how we understand our needs and values, and how we navigate life’s challenges.

Who I work with
I believe that therapy can be a fulfilling and empowering experience for people in all walks of life. I work with adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, other anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, career wounds, family challenges, burnout, and other situational symptoms and obstacles. No reason is too trivial or too big to bring to therapy. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and unconditionally supportive environment for all of my clients. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen their connection, and feel more satisfied in their relationship. My approach to working with couples is relational and solution-oriented, helping partners build understanding and feel supported.

Working With Me
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. As a relational therapist, I work to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and experiences openly. I also believe in being an active, engaged therapist—someone who meets you where you are but will also gently challenge and guide you toward your goals. I have a special interest in anxiety disorders, building healthy relationships, and exploring identity and existential concerns. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered and in control of their lives. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and a range of other modalities to tailor treatment to each individual.
