“I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have always been there”

Why I became a therapist

I've always been drawn to understanding people beyond the surface. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to combine my curiosity about human behavior with my belief that meaningful relationships can create lasting change. Throughout my education and clinical training, I found myself especially inspired by watching people discover strengths they didn't realize they had and begin to relate to themselves with greater compassion. I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath anxiety, self-doubt, difficult experiences, or overwhelming life transitions. Every person deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or working through patterns that have existed for years, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

Who I work with

I work with kids, teens, and adults, and one of my favorite parts of this job is that no two people who walk through my door are ever the same. Some clients come in because they're feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Some are navigating relationships, life transitions, or family dynamics. Others just know they've been surviving for a while and want to start feeling like themselves again. If you're someone who spends a lot of time in your own head, second-guesses yourself, or feels like you're carrying more than people realize, you're in good company. Therapy doesn't have to start with a perfectly organized story. It just starts with showing up, and we'll figure out the rest together.

Working With Me

When you begin working with me, you can expect therapy to feel like a real conversation. I want our sessions to be a place where you can show up exactly as you are, whether you've had the best week of your life or one where everything feels like it's falling apart. I'm naturally curious, so I'll ask questions that help us understand what's underneath the thoughts, emotions, or patterns you're experiencing. Sometimes that means exploring where those patterns came from. Other times it means focusing on practical ways to make life feel a little easier right now. We'll probably laugh together, celebrate wins together, and work through the hard stuff together too. I don't believe therapy is about me giving advice or pretending to have all the answers. I see it as a collaborative process. You know yourself better than anyone, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, notice patterns you may not see yet, and support you as you build a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
