About
“I believe therapy can make life's hardest moments feel less scary and less lonely”

Why I became a therapist
My path to becoming a therapist grew out of my own personal experiences and witnessing firsthand how deeply mental health can shape the lives of individuals and families. From a young age, those experiences sparked a genuine curiosity about people, their stories, their struggles, and their resilience. The more I learned about mental health, the more I understood how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to be in the thick of it, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner. That understanding became the foundation of my work. I am passionate about education, advocacy, and creating a space where people feel safe enough to simply be themselves. I believe therapy can make life's hardest moments feel less scary and less lonely, and my goal is to be the kind of support that reminds you that you don't have to face any of it alone.

Who I work with
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, eating disorders, and body image concerns. Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and that's okay. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. I strive to create a space that feels genuinely collaborative and supportive, where clients feel safe exploring what's been weighing on them without fear of judgment. Wherever you are in your journey, I'm here to help you sort through it at a pace that feels right for you.

Working With Me
My approach is person-centered, rooted in authenticity, genuine connection, and creating a space where you feel truly truly seen and understood. I believe that therapy is most effective when there is a strong therapeutic relationship, which is why I prioritize getting to know each person’s unique experiences, values, relationships, and goals. My approach is flexible, balancing emotional exploration with practical tools and coping skills when appropriate. I often incorporate elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand and connect with different parts of themselves through curiosity, self-compassion, and even humor.
