“I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, where your truth, identity, and lived experience are honored without judgment.”

Why I became a therapist

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep calling to hold space for others and to be present as they move, shift, and transform through life. I’ve always been drawn to connection and to witnessing the strength that emerges when people feel truly seen and supported. My background in Early Childhood Education, with minors in Family Studies and American Sign Language, gave me a deep appreciation for the unfolding of human development, the importance of presence, and the many ways our bodies communicate beyond words. After earning my Master’s in Social Work, I worked in social justice, domestic and sexual violence services, human trafficking, and prevention which taught me how vital inclusive, affirming spaces are for healing. In my practice, I see therapy as a collaborative and compassionate space where transformation naturally unfolds. I don’t believe in “fixing” people; instead, I see my role as a guide and witness as someone who walks alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. It’s a privilege to share in that journey and to help create a space where healing, growth, and self-trust can take root.

Who I work with

I work with individuals from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities, as well as those who may have felt unseen or excluded from traditional therapeutic spaces. This includes sex workers, people navigating alternative economies, and individuals with marginalized identities. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, where your truth, identity, and lived experience are honored without judgment. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, relational dynamics, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, mind-body-spirit connection, and evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and polyvagal-informed methods. I affirm all forms of self-expression and relationship structures, including those exploring sexuality, intimacy, and kink, always centering consent, authenticity, and safety. I’m especially passionate about supporting people carrying the weight of systemic and societal pressures, helping them reconnect with empowerment, resilience, and self-trust rather than a sense of deficit. Above all, I believe healing is relational, embodied, and multidimensional.

“I see therapy as a journey through the full spectrum of being human, sometimes intense, sometimes soft, sometimes playful, but always authentic.”

Working With Me

Therapy with me is safe, real, and deeply heart-centered. I practice as an integrative therapist, blending talk therapy with embodied, somatic approaches that move fluidly between mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are collaborative and co-explorative. I witness, facilitate, and gently challenge when needed, always from a place of care and curiosity. My background in teaching shapes how I use psychoeducation as a tool for empowerment, helping clients build understanding, access new resources, and recognize the wisdom already within their own lives. Together, we explore both the inner and outer worlds that shape your experience. I see therapy as a journey through the full spectrum of being human, sometimes intense, sometimes soft, sometimes playful, but always authentic. I meet clients exactly where they are and walk beside them as they move toward greater self-awareness, connection, and resilience. My hope is that each session helps you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to thrive within yourself and in relationship with others.
