About
“At the heart of my approach is a supportive, collaborative space where people can explore, understand, and reclaim their stories.”

Why I became a therapist
I have always loved storytelling and the way sharing our stories can help us feel seen, understood, and connected. My work is grounded in creating space to slow down, get curious about ourselves, and make sense of what we’ve been through. I’m especially interested in helping people create more room for joy, authenticity, and choice as they move forward. At the heart of my approach is a supportive, collaborative space where people can explore, understand, and reclaim their stories.

Who I work with
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating a range of challenges, including trauma, self-esteem, mood disorders, perfectionism, and family-of-origin challenges. With couples, I focus on building emotional connection, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. As an immigrant myself, I have a particular interest in supporting fellow immigrants and members of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community. I understand the importance of having a space where cultural identity and lived experiences can be explored openly and without judgment.

Working With Me
My approach is gentle yet directive, creating space to better understand your fears, emotions, and the parts of yourself that may be getting in the way of living the life you want. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, how your experiences and identity have shaped you, and what it might look like to move through life with more ease and intention. I believe that approaching ourselves with curiosity and compassion can create more room for authenticity, growth, and joy. I draw from approaches including Internal Family Systems, Shame-Informed Therapy, and ACT to help you develop insight, process emotions, and make meaningful changes.
