Support for women grieving the loss of a parent
“Grief is love with no place to go”
Our Grief and Loss therapy group offers support for adult women experiencing grief due to the loss of a parent. This group provides a supportive space for participants to grieve openly and encourage emotional healing by sharing similar experiences. We are currently running two Grief and Loss therapy groups meeting at the same time on alternating weeks.
The loss of a parent is life-altering and our goal is to provide a supportive space for participants to openly grieve and connect through similar shared experiences. The group will foster openness as well as psychoeducation, normalization, connection, and coping mechanism support.
