Psychoeducation and Support Group
The group is for male identifying individuals ages 25-40 who are looking for healthier ways to cope with their anger. Weekly group meetings will provide psychoeducation regarding emotional regulation, coping skills, triggers, and a supportive space to process these feelings and experiences. These meetings will be a safe space to explore what triggers moments of dysregulation, where the triggers stem from, and how to move through daily life with more control.
The purpose of this group is to offer a safe and supportive space for men to dive deep into their anger and other difficult emotions, better understand where their triggers stem from, and how to effectively move forward in moments of dysregulation. Members will learn a variety of coping skills and share experiences in how they have historically dealt with and can better manage angry feelings.
