Psychoeducation and Support Group
This group is for women ages 25 and older who are adjusting to life after a break-up or divorce. Weekly gatherings will provide encouragement and understanding as group members explore new ways of relating to themselves, reconnecting with their strengths, and build meaningful connections with others on a similar journey.
The purpose of this group is to offer a compassionate space where women can reflect on their experiences, feel supported, and begin to grow. Members will share insights, develop a clearer sense of identity, and rediscover their self-worth as they create a hopeful path forward.
