Support for WOMEN experiencing loss of self after a break-up or divorce

Overview

This group is for women ages 25 and older who are adjusting to life after a break-up or divorce. Weekly gatherings will provide encouragement and understanding as group members explore new ways of relating to themselves, reconnecting with their strengths, and build meaningful connections with others on a similar journey. 

Purpose and Goals of this group

The purpose of this group is to offer a compassionate space where women can reflect on their experiences, feel supported, and begin to grow. Members will share insights, develop a clearer sense of identity, and rediscover their self-worth as they create a hopeful path forward.

Topics will include but are not limited to:

  • Healing after the loss of a relationship
  • Strengthening self-identity and sense of self
  • Psychoeducation on self compassion as a tool to grow 
  • Rebuilding confidence and self-worth
  • Coping with feelings of grief and loss

Savannah Mudd, LCPC

Savannah is a licensed psychotherapist (LCPC) who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. She has a special focus on women’s issues, including empowerment, personal growth, and navigating life transitions. She is passionate about supporting women through change and helping them reconnect with their strength and resilience.
