Whether you're seeking hormone therapy, surgery, or other gender-affirming medical care, we’re here to support your path with clinically sound and affirming mental health evaluations and letters of support that follow WPATH standards of care.

How It Works

  1. Schedule an Appointment
    Reach out to our intake team to be matched with a licensed mental health provider who is trained and experienced in providing medical readiness letters
  2. Get a Compassionate Evaluation
    Your evaluation will be completed over 1-3 sessions. We approach every session with affirming care — no gatekeeping, no unnecessary hurdles.
  3. Receive Your Letter Promptly
     Letters are sent to you directly following assessment appointment(s), and meet insurance and surgical requirements
