Phoebe is a licensed clinical social worker who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions. They specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients navigate internalized ableism, celebrate their identities, and create balance in life . Using a relational, trauma-informed approach, they help clients build lives aligned with their values.

Caitlyn is a mental health occupational therapist who works primarily with neurodivergent adults using a strengths-based, collaborative approach to support executive functioning, sensory regulation, communication, routines, and everyday functioning. Her work focuses on helping clients translate self-awareness and therapeutic insight into practical strategies that support meaningful participation in daily life, making her especially passionate about helping mental health providers understand how OT can complement psychotherapy and support clients’ functional needs.
