Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist because of my own experience in therapy. Having a space that was mine where I could safely explore and express my feelings completely changed my life. My goal as a therapist is to help clients feel understood. I want nothing more than to create a space where you are truly seen and heard. I also understand that our intersectional identities, lives, and therapy itself are inherently political. I strive to create not just an emotionally safe space, but a culturally safe space as well. I believe that people are capable of change and growth when met with the right support. I hope to provide that support to help you live in alignment with your values and bring out your inner strengths.

Who I work with
I work with individual adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of life experiences. I utilize a trauma-informed, individualized approach for clients experiencing PTSD, trauma, complex trauma (CPTSD), body image concerns, self-esteem challenges, disordered eating, identity shifts/exploration, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

“I aim to understand your story and walk alongside you on your mental health journey, collaborating on what growth looks like for you and working toward goals we set together.”
Working With Me
I strive to bring connection, curiosity, and care to the work I do with clients. Above all, I believe the relationship between client and therapist is central to healing. I foster this by showing up as my authentic self in the room with you. While I am a therapist with the tools to provide you with the support you need, you are the expert on your life. My goal when working together is to give you autonomy over your healing. I aim to understand your story and walk alongside you on your mental health journey, collaborating on what growth looks like for you and working toward goals we set together.
