About
"I see our time together as a safe, sacred space, a place where you can show up fully as yourself."

Why I became a therapist
Hi there! I’m Connie, and I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy is brave, vulnerable, and sometimes hard to fit into an already full life. Whether this is your first time or you’re returning after a break, my hope is that our work together helps you reconnect with yourself and find more balance, healing, and joy along the way. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and fell in love with this work because I wanted to make a genuine difference in my community. I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories, and as a mother and now perinatal professional, I especially appreciate the transformation that comes with major life changes. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, the postpartum period, infertility, loss, the messiness of parenthood, or the challenges of adulthood today, it’s an honor to hold space for your real, unfiltered experiences. My own growth journey began as a young adult. Through therapy and community, I discovered the freedom and aliveness that come from showing up fully to myself. Those experiences, along with my work as a life and business coach, deepened my passion for helping others find their own sense of wholeness and fulfillment. I know the power of having someone in your corner, reminding you that you’re doing better than you think, and that even in chaos, there’s room for growth, healing, and laughter. I’m honored to walk alongside you in this chapter as you create a life that feels full, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

Who I work with
As a mom of three, I have a special passion for supporting people through the many seasons of parenthood - from making the decision to become a parent, to navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period, to coping with infertility, loss, or the everyday chaos of raising kids. I also work with adults of all ages who are moving through big life changes, managing stress or anxiety, working on relationships, exploring career direction, or untangling family-of-origin patterns. Using a collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach, I especially enjoy helping people create more presence, balance and self-trust in their daily lives.

"I trust that you already have the wisdom and strength to create a meaningful, aligned life."
Working With Me
I see our time together as a safe, sacred space, a place where you can show up fully as yourself. It takes courage to look inward, and I’m here to walk beside you as you do that work. My hope is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you process your experiences, explore your relationships, and reconnect with who you are. I believe deeply in the healing power of human connection. With curiosity, honesty, and a bit of humor, I’ll join you on your journey, offering relationship and support. I trust that you already have the wisdom and strength to create a meaningful, aligned life. My role is to be present, witness and hold space as you uncover and nurture that inner capacity. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices that support your unique needs. In our work, this might look like exploring your thoughts and emotions with compassion (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), understanding the different “parts” of yourself (Internal Family Systems), or taking small, values-driven steps toward the life you want. I also bring mindfulness, relational insights, and practical tools to help you feel more connected and grounded.
