Hi, my name is Sophie! My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experience in therapy. Being in a space where I felt safe, supported, and able to grow was incredibly healing which has inspired me to help create that kind of space for others. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions, and I strive to offer a warm, welcoming environment where you feel truly seen and heard. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more confident, empowered, and connected to yourself.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and self-esteem challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions, identity development, and the complexities of emerging adulthood. I also work with those feeling stuck or uncertain about their next steps in life.
